This beautiful villa with a private heatable swimming pool and garden with sunbeds, barbecue area, well furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

Bedrooms Sleep Arrangements:

1º Unsuited Triple bedroom, 3 single beds and a private bathroom with walking in shower cabin.

2º Twin bedroom with two single beds, on request we can provide a cot. With a bathroom, next door.

3º Unsuited Large master bedroom with a bathroom including a bath and separate shower, lots of space to accommodate a baby cot or extra bed.

4º Unsuited Double bedroom, with a double sofa-bed, can accommodate a baby cot (can accommodate a cot without sofa bed) and a private bathroom.

5º Unsuited Triple bedroom one double plus a single bed, we can provide a cot in this room, private bathroom with shower.

6º Unsuited Twin bedroom, and a sofa bed, private bathroom with walking in shower cabin.
Can easily accommodate a baby cot or extra bed.

Large Hall area with storage facilities, bathroom including shower, modern well-equipped kitchen.
Dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, living room with double doors to the front of the house.
Safety: The main gate is automatic, and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Outside: Leisure area with a terrace/patio with dinning table and chairs, a barbecue, a heatable swimming pool, sun beds and shades.
Sun terraces to the front and rear of the villa, electric vehicle access system and manual pedestrian access which can be locked, providing a safe environment for children to play in.

The villa is in the centre of the Algarve, at the centre of the picturesque village of Olhos de Água.
Between Vilamoura and Albufeira. A wide selection of beautiful beaches, extensive shopping, golf courses and a lively cosmopolitan nightlife are within easy reach. The villa is within a short walking distance of Olhos D' Água and Falesia beach, bus stop and taxi-rank, a large supermarket, tourist office and many excellent restaurants are nearby.

The villa is located in Olhos de Agua, wich still remains the atmosphere of the fishing village. The name Olhos De Agua, that means "Water Eyes", derives from the fresh water springs that can be found amongst the rocks, during the low tide.
The village is now a busy and lively resort with a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and a market.

The closest beach is Olhos de Agua, with fine and white sand, rock pools and amazing cliffs, excellent for diving, fishing and aquatic sports.
